Nordkapp Fotballfestival Program 2012

Thursday June 28th - Opening party at Nøden Pub

The official opening of the Nordkapp Fotballfestival will be at 8 pm. The successful author Ms. Ragnhild Lund Ansnes will share some of the stories from her books about Liverpool FC. Stories from “Liverpoolhjerter” (Liverpool hearts) and her new release “Liverpoolhelter” (Liverpool heroes).

Music entertainment lead by Mr. Steinar Krogsæter will also be part of the program.

Friday June 29th – Sportsmans dinner with Mr. Howard Kendall and Mr. Roy Evans at Corner

At 8 pm a very rare treat for both Liverpudlians and Evertonians in Norway. The legendary managers of both Everton and Liverpool will shed some light on one of the most passionate rivalries in the world of football. Meet Mr. Kendall and Mr. Evans first hand!

Music entertainment lead by Mr. Steinar Krogsæter will also be part of the program.

Saturday June 30th – Closing party with Liverpool legends at Corner

A farewell buffet dinner with the Liverpool legends that have been coaches at the Liverpool Way football school in Honningsvåg. A great chance to meet and banter with Mr. David Johnson and his former fellow teammates at Liverpool FC: Mr. Jimmy Case, Mr. David Fairclough, and Mr. Phil Neal.

Music entertainment by Kaffe Lørv Band.

The Liverpool Way Football School

Dates: June 28th – 30th

Participants: 100 boys and girls between 8 and 15 years old

Coaches: Liverpool FC legends David Johnsen, David Fairclough, Jimmy Case and Phil Neal. Also in Honningsvåg, two coaches from the current academy at Liverpool FC.

Where: Honningsvåg Stadion and the adjacent Nordkapp Flerbrukshall.

Program: Thursday 9.00 am – 3.00 pm, Friday 10.00 am – 3.00 pm, Saturday 10.00 am – 3.00 pm

Drink breaks and lunch. Fruit and refreshments included.

Price: NOK 1 600 / participant. The package includes a football, drinking bottle and a T-shirt.
